Our Story
Borna CXM was born from a real business experience; an experience rooted back to 2001 with the establishment of Behineh Pardazesh. Our activity started in the field of computer and hardware equipment sales, and since 2013, with the launch of an online store and offering diverse products such as laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and other digital goods, we seriously pursued our growth path in the online space.
Over the years of operating in the competitive technology market, we faced serious challenges in customer relationship management, data analysis, communication process automation, and creating a unified experience for users. At some point, we realized that existing tools were not meeting our needs and we required a solution that precisely matched our daily business reality.
This is Where Our New Path Began
Designing and developing a customer experience management system that would first solve our own problem.
After about a year of research, design, development, and testing of this system, the results exceeded expectations; customer satisfaction and loyalty increased, support costs were optimized, and productivity in customer interactions grew significantly.
The successful internal experience led us to make this solution available to other businesses as well. This is how Borna CXM (the first Iranian CXM) was born on November 6, 2025. A product based on real experience, practical testing, and results achieved in the real business field.
